Rates and Forms


In order to provide you with the opportunity to meet me face-to-face, I will not charge for the first 15 minutes of our first session if you decide to leave when those first 15 minutes are up. Otherwise I charge for the full session at my normal rate. The fees for a private session are as follows:

50-minute session: $120
60-minute session: $140
75-minute session: $165

It is my intention to provide affordable counseling, and I have sliding scale rates available.  Please talk to me about rates.  I am in-network provider and accept insurance payments from First Choice Health Network and Group Health Options, and I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans. Please check with your provider to see what your plan will cover.

Couples counseling sessions that utilize a co-therapist (see Couples Counseling) are $275 for a 75-minute session. You can talk to me to see if you qualify for reduced-rate/”sliding scale” fees.

Fees are payable at your session, in the form of check or cash.  I take credit cards through Square or take Paypal payments, and charge a small transaction fee for either.  Please make Paypal payments prior to our session.

If you must cancel your appointment please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures I can see other clients in the opening and can plan accordingly. You will be responsible for the fee when cancellations are received less than 24 hours in advance.

Please download, read, fill out and sign the forms at the right before coming in for your first appointment. The disclosure statement is something I need to provide you by law which simply states the way I work and some of the laws governing our work. The information sheet will provide me some background information about you which will help us in our work and will help me begin to get to know you.
